- Operating control room equipment during live broadcasts and corporate events while ensuring seamless production execution.
- Conducting video shoots independently or as part of a collaborative production crew.
- Evaluating production requirements and recommending equipment or technical solutions to achieve project goals.
- Managing captured media assets and supporting efficient media organization and archival workflows.
- Assisting with post-production editing and media preparation using professional editing software.
- Maintaining high production standards while ensuring equipment is properly configured, tested, and production-ready.

- Experience working in studio, field, and control room environments.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing workflows.
- Experience operating Sony professional camera systems and production workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Blackmagic Design production and control room equipment.
- Strong knowledge of studio and field lighting techniques.
- Solid understanding of video signal flow, broadcast standards, and video formats.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
