Hays Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing facility. Are you someone with high energy who has a passion for quality care and service for patients? If so, we would love to consider you!
The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in the overall management of the Nursing department.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LVN license in the State of Texas.
- Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
