Resident Experience & Hospitality Consultant
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a polished, service-driven professional with a background in hospitality, guest services, concierge, luxury hotels, private clubs, high-end retail, or customer experience to join our team as a Resident Experience & Hospitality Consultant.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, creating memorable experiences, and providing white-glove service. You'll serve as the welcoming face of a luxury residential community, helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering the same level of service expected in a five-star hospitality environment.

What You'll Do
Deliver a Five-Star Resident Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective residents.
- Welcome visitors and residents with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships through personalized attention and proactive communication.
- Anticipate resident needs and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate resident engagement activities, events, and community experiences.
- Ensure common areas and amenities maintain a luxury, guest-ready appearance.
Guest Services & Relationship Building
- Create memorable first impressions for prospective residents.
- Conduct personalized community and apartment tours focused on lifestyle and experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective residents and guests.
- Build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide customized service.
- Support move-in and resident transition experiences to ensure a seamless process.
Community Experience & Sales Support
- Present community amenities, services, and lifestyle offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist with lead management and prospect communication.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create an exceptional living experience for residents.
- Support marketing and community outreach initiatives that enhance resident engagement and occupancy goals.
Qualifications

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge services, luxury retail, customer experience, or a similar high-touch service environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable speaking with guests, residents, and prospective residents throughout the day.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
