The Role
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Event Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and special events. The ideal candidate brings strong production expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering elevated, seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive event strategies and production plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Budget Management: Own event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Source, contract, and collaborate with venues, vendors, and external partners.
- Logistics & Execution: Oversee event setup, technical requirements, and on-site logistics to ensure flawless delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Manage audio, lighting, video, and other technical production elements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage event staff and on-site teams to achieve event objectives.
- Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed production schedules and run-of-show timelines.
- Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site production challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to assess success and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who:
- Have 3–5 years of professional event production experience
- Are comfortable with audio, lighting, video production, and live events
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Are proficient with event management software and technical production tools
- Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical production background
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with large-scale corporate events
- Strong creative problem-solving skills

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate:$32 - $35/Hour Depending on Experience
Location
This position is based in Seattle, WA and requires in-office work 4 Days a Week.
