EZ Pools is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven professional to work directly alongside our founder and eventually become the primary point of contact for many of our exclusive brand partners.
This is not a cold-calling sales position.
Our team of virtual assistants researches manufacturers and generates warm introductions. Your role is to build trust, lead meetings, negotiate partnerships, and develop long-term relationships that help brands grow their presence on Amazon.
This is an apprenticeship with significant long-term earning potential.
Compensation
- $30,000 Base Salary
- Guaranteed Minimum Earnings of $52,000 annually
- 5% Profit Sharing on the brands you manage
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid travel to industry trade shows and manufacturer events
What You’ll Do
- Lead meetings with manufacturers interested in partnering with EZ Pools.
- Develop long-term relationships with brand owners and executives.
- Prepare presentations tailored to each prospective partner.
- Negotiate exclusive Amazon partnerships.
- Manage purchase orders and ongoing communication.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing brand partnerships.
- Eventually manage your own portfolio of national consumer brands.
Your First Few Months
You’ll work directly alongside the founder of EZ Pools, learning how we approach every aspect of our business.
You’ll shadow meetings, help prepare presentations, research brands, and gradually begin leading conversations yourself. As your confidence and skills grow, you’ll transition into managing your own portfolio and ultimately become the primary relationship owner for many of our partners.

- Interested in building long-term relationships rather than making quick sales.
Experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or customer relationships is preferred but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you’ll begin building a portfolio of brands that generates recurring commission income. As your portfolio grows, so does your earning potential.
Our goal isn’t simply to hire an employee—we’re looking for someone who wants to become one of the key relationship builders behind the future growth of EZ Pools.
Interview Process
Qualified candidates should expect a multi-step interview process, including:
- Initial interview
- Business presentation exercise
- Mock client meeting
- Shadow day with the founder
We’re investing heavily in the right person because we believe this position has the potential to become one of the most impactful roles in our company.
