We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to enhance children's learning and development
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all children
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs or abilities
- Foster strong relationships with parents or guardians through effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Proficiency in teaching various subjects including math, language arts, science, and physical education
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, activities, and assessments effectively
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- CPR and First Aid certification
