Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security, construction, and technology integration projects in Lubbock, TX. This role oversees planning, execution, budgeting, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate internal teams and external contractors

Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates

Oversee daily project execution and track performance

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare status reports

Manage project budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities

Lead project teams and support cross‑functional collaboration

Oversee project closeout, client sign‑off, and post‑project reviews

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
3+ years of project management experience (security, construction, or tech integration preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget

Valid driver’s license

Strong knowledge of PM tools and methodologies

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Experience with budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination

PMP or similar certification

Technical certifications related to security or IT

Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and security systems

Understanding of data center or construction environments
