About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by transforming raw materials into high-tolerance components for critical industries. You will leverage your expertise in CNC setup and operation to ensure that every part produced meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation to execute precise machining operations.

Perform comprehensive machine setups, including tool offsets and parameter adjustments, to ensure optimal performance.

Drive quality outcomes by conducting thorough in-process and final inspections using advanced metrology tools.

Maintain high production standards by proactively managing cutting tools, inserts, and fixture requirements.

Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate production logs and adhering to 5S and safety protocols.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot machining issues and improve overall workflow reliability.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years of professional experience in a CNC machining environment.

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, including GD&T.

Expertise in operating precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

Strong technical aptitude for making program edits and machine adjustments.
