What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute dishes to perfection according to recipes, plating guides, and chef’s instructions.
- Work efficiently across various stations in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality output and consistency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with prep work, inventory management, and other kitchen duties as needed.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent culinary skills with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
