Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic PM Houseman Full Time to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our hotel environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience a welcoming and pristine atmosphere at all times. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished environment.
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle equipment safely to prevent accidents or damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning schedules and special projects.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing courteous service and ensuring guest comfort throughout their stay.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet extraction.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectations.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures for effective operation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
