Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs while responding to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
- Track work orders, labor, and parts using a mobile PDA system while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maintain a safe work environment, company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory while following OSHA and company safety standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or technical school certification.
- 3-5 years of commercial or retail facilities maintenance experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience using hand and power tools with strong troubleshooting, communication, and safety knowledge.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working independently across multiple customer sites.
- Ability to work on-call and perform maintenance in various environments, including rooftops and elevated work areas.
