The Role:
We're looking for a Construction Coordinator II to join our Construction team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to project teams, helping keep construction projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward from pre-construction through completion.
As a Construction Coordinator II, you'll provide administrative and project support across multiple construction projects while serving as a resource for the broader construction team. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating project documentation, contracts, invoices, permits, and other construction-related records
Supporting project managers and construction leaders with scheduling, reporting, and project tracking
Organizing project meetings, preparing materials, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables
Coordinating communication with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Tracking subcontractor and vendor documentation, insurance certificates, compliance requirements, and project deliverables
Maintaining accurate project files and supporting audits and reporting needs
Assisting with budgeting, invoice processing, and project cost tracking
Providing guidance and support to Construction Coordinator I team members and helping promote consistent processes across the region
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting construction, development, real estate, engineering, or project management teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience with construction management, project management, ERP, or document management systems is a plus
