As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a vital role in empowering children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based ABA therapy, all while enjoying a range of fantastic benefits.
What You’ll Do:

Lead ABA therapy programs and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
-
Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
-
Train families, educators, and support staff in behavior strategies
-
Maintain sharp and timely documentation
-
Collaborate with care teams and community partners
-
Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education
What You’ll Need:

Certified BCBA with at least 2 years of experience
-
Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Experience with DTT and natural environment training
-
Reliable transportation and flexible availability
-
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
