We are looking for a Care Advocate — someone who is warm, confident, systems‑oriented, and excited to grow both personally and professionally.
As a Care Advocate, you are the first and last face families see when they walk through our doors. Your presence sets the tone: calm, organized, joyful, and deeply caring. You’ll support our doctors, guide families through their care journey, and help maintain the systems that keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Guide families through their appointments and care plans
- Maintain a structured, efficient office flow using established systems
- Manage scheduling, follow-up communication, and patient questions
- Support the doctor during patient care and office procedures
- Keep the office environment clean, organized, and family-friendly
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through with excellence
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or more preferred
- Flexible working hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Customer service or leadership experience preferred
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
