Join a Fast-Paced, Privately Owned Holistic Medical Practice
Integrated Health Concepts is a growing, privately owned family practice that combines traditional medicine with holistic and functional approaches to help patients identify and treat the root causes of illness—not simply manage symptoms.
We are seeking an experienced in holistic or functional medicine, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about whole-person care and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a provider who believes nutrition, lifestyle, hormone balance, and root-cause medicine are essential components of patient care.
Holistic, functional, and integrative medicine experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with a genuine interest in these approaches and a desire to continue learning are encouraged to apply. Our providers utilize comprehensive laboratory testing, nutrition counseling, hormone optimization, IV therapies, and other integrative approaches to help patients achieve optimal health.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based and functional medicine principles.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease.
- Educate and empower patients on nutrition, lifestyle modification, supplementation, hormone optimization, and preventive wellness.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, health coaches, dietitians, and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic medical record system.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture that values compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.
Preferred Experience
We are especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in:
- Functional and integrative medicine
- Holistic primary care
- Nutrition and lifestyle medicine
- Natural or bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- IV nutrient therapies
- Chronic disease reversal and metabolic health
- Preventive medicine and wellness optimization
Qualifications
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee.
- National board certification.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- A passion for educating and partnering with patients in their health journey.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced private practice environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
