Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct appliance repair and installation, including commercial kitchen appliances and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain and service mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment to meet safety standards.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple locations while adhering to all transportation regulations.
- Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities by managing inventory levels and ordering necessary parts or supplies.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects or upgrades that involve mechanical systems or building infrastructure.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety protocols and industry standards; document repairs and inspections thoroughly.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system repair, refrigeration, appliance repair, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring layouts.
- Service technician experience with appliances, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience in air conditioning installation and repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), construction projects, or equipment repair tasks.
- Leadership qualities to guide junior technicians when necessary; strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
