What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Guide clients through the full sales process—from inquiry to delivery
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain purchase options
- Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service at every step
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends)
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- 2+ years previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)
