As we continue to grow, we're looking for a General Manager who can help lead that next chapter.

You're comfortable making decisions without needing constant direction. You take responsibility for outcomes, communicate clearly, and understand that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about exercising good judgment, building trust, and helping people move in the same direction.
As General Manager, you'll lead and develop a high-performing front and back of house team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. You'll oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, vendor relationships, and financial performance. You'll ensure that our food, service, and hospitality standards remain consistently high while helping create systems that make excellence easier to achieve every day.
You'll also play an important role in strengthening our culture. We believe great hospitality starts with great people. That means creating an environment where team members feel supported, accountable, and proud of the work they do.
The person who thrives in this role brings restaurant leadership experience, strong operational instincts, and a track record of helping teams perform at a high level. They know how to balance hospitality with accountability, maintain standards without creating unnecessary bureaucracy, and make decisions that align with the long-term direction of the business.
