At A Brighter Tomorrow Counseling, our Behavioral Assistance (BA) providers implement behavior modification techniques designed to address emotional and behavioral challenges in youth with moderate to high needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interventions that help youth and their families develop and practice healthy coping strategies and positive behavioral techniques.
- Focus on addressing target behaviors and improving emotional and behavioral regulation skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering positive change in the youth's emotional, social, and behavioral development.
- Conduct weekly sessions in the community and/or in the home
- environment, ensuring that interventions are personalized and impactful.
- Collaborate closely with families to enhance communication and reinforce progress outside of sessions.
- Track and report on progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure consistent growth and success
Qualifications:
- Must be certified as a Behavioral Assistance within 6 months of application in the state of New Jersey. Must have Background Check/ Fingerprints as required in the state of New Jersey.
-Experience (Preferred- Will Train): working with youth and families to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
(Preferred-Will Train): Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral techniques, family dynamics, and behavior modification strategies.Ability to work independently and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
