Moon Custom Painting is looking for professional, experienced painting crews (minimum of 2 experienced painters) to work with in the Greater Kalamazoo area. Crews that specialize in high-quality residential interior and exterior repaints, may include demanding projects like 3-story exteriors, and new construction/remodel work.

What we expect from applicants
- 2+ Experienced Painters: Capable of efficient and high-quality work.
- Excel in Interior & Exterior Repaints: With a strong portfolio of finished work.
- Possess Advanced Spray Experience: Demonstrable skill with spray application for both interiors and exteriors is preferred.
- Proficient with Challenging Exteriors: Comfortable and experienced working on multi-story (e.g., 2 and 3-story) residential exteriors, utilizing proper safety protocols and equipment (your own tools and reliable transportation required) is preferred.
- Prioritize Quality & Client Satisfaction: A strong commitment to a flawless finish and a respectful presence on client properties.
- Operate Professionally: Possess valid General Liability Insurance (required), Workers' Compensation Insurance (if applicable), and reliable, unlettered transportation.
- Highly Communicative & Organized: Comfortable with brief end-of-day updates (text) and simple project close-out paperwork (5 minutes or less).
- Start and Finish on Time: Respecting project timelines and client schedules.
