We have an immediate openings on our team for a Maintenance Technician at our apartment community located in Columbus, OH area. You will work with a great team and play a key role in maintaining all areas of the property while performing service requests for our residents. This is an hourly position with emergency on-call.
Required skills & competencies include:
- Demonstrated practical technical abilities, including but not limited to HVAC repair, appliance repair, painting, roofing, water heater replacement/repair, simple carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, and basic electrical.
- Skilled in safe use of maintenance hand & power tools, and other maintenance aids.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written & orally.
- Basic math; ability to add, subtract, and calculate measurements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC/EPA Certification preferred, but no required. We will train!
