My name is Maya, founder of Kiwi Spa and Casa de Bloom.
For years I’ve owned a skincare business here in San Diego.
Like many business owners, I’ve spent thousands of dollars on advertising.
Some campaigns worked.
Many didn’t.
One question stayed with me:
What if local businesses could grow together instead of competing for attention?
That question became Casa de Bloom.
Today we’re building something completely different.
A community-centered Reality Show where local businesses, creators, artists, photographers, beauty professionals, entrepreneurs, musicians, influencers, wellness providers and inspiring people come together to share their stories, support one another and grow together.
We’re currently building our founding Community Growth Team.
We’re not simply looking for employees.
We’re looking for people who genuinely love connecting others, building communities and creating opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Invite inspiring local businesses to participate.
Help grow our community.
Introduce entrepreneurs to Casa de Bloom.
Build relationships with local businesses.
Help organize community events.
Find interesting stories for our Reality Show.
Help create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Build long-term partnerships.
Represent Casa de Bloom in the local community.

Hourly Pay
Starting at $25/hour for community-building and event support.
Our events typically take place on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. While these weekday events provide valuable experience and opportunities to connect, you can also maintain other part-time work, as many of our roles allow for flexible scheduling.
Community partners can leverage this flexible schedule to manage their other commitments while helping us bring attendees and vendors to the events.
