Welder / Fabricator – Heber Springs, AR
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour | Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder / Fabricator for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, AR. This position offers a consistent night shift schedule and the opportunity to work on industrial components used in water treatment systems. Requirements for the Welder / Fabricator
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- ASME experience required with ability to follow code procedures
- Experience with TIG, FCAW, SMAW, or similar welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Must pass weld testing and radiograph requirements
- Willingness to submit to required screenings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and determine layout, fit-up, and welding methods
- Set up and align components for fabrication
- Perform welding in multiple positions using manual or semi-automatic equipment
- Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
- Inspect welds and surfaces for quality and defects
- Assist with fabrication of vessels, piping, and structural components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Pay and Benefits for the Welder / Fabricator
- $22.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience
