General Job Description:
The Production Lead is responsible for the operation of the entire Production operation during their shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, correct product set up during changeovers, correct information is displayed on all monitors. Follow policies and procedures, including all Aunt Millie’s Food Safety and HACCP procedures which are critical to product safety, legality, and quality.
