Dental Assistant – Full-Time

Our established dental practice in Otisville, Michigan is looking for a dependable, compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative and preventive procedures
- Take and process digital dental radiographs
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with scheduling and other front office duties when needed
- Keep treatment rooms stocked and organized
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- X-ray certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
