- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Support team members as needed during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
