Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator to join our growing team at Armstrong Steel, one of the nation's leading manufacturers of pre-engineered metal buildings. The ideal candidate will assist in estimating buildings using MBS (Metal Building Software) and ensuring all inputs, outputs, and customer requirements align with design contracts.
Essential Functions:

Review MBS job inputs, including building codes, loads, openings, and other specifications.

Perform the initial design of buildings before final review by a Professional Engineer, incorporating any necessary revisions.

Adapt to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:

Familiarity with MBS software is a plus.

Experience reading blueprints and architectural plans is beneficial.

Strong mathematical skills are advantageous.

Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about success.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must reside in or around Englewood, CO (this is an on-site position).
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
