We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable check-in and check-out process. Your energetic approach and excellent customer service skills will help create a positive experience that keeps guests coming back. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (if applicable), and passionate about delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism
- Check guests in and out accurately using property management software, ensuring all details are correct
- Maintain office organization through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing correspondence
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, offering solutions to enhance their stay
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing customer support inquiries, and maintaining records
