Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dynamic and engaging Store Manager to oversee Dunkin' located in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and enjoying working in the food industry. Strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence is key to ensuring we boost customer loyalty and provide the best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food production and service areas
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, and financial reporting accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to optimize food production processes
- Conduct regular store inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and product quality
- Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in supervising staff and implementing operational procedures
