Grove Engineered Products is one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural hubs and spindles. We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer. In this role, you will be an important part of our manufacturing process, supporting daily operations through hands-on work. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills and technical expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly, packaging and movement of materials
- Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving raw materials and finished goods
- Forklift operation
- Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and machinery preferred (not required)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred (not required)
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
