Cincinnati Cabinets is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to work directly with homeowners interested in kitchen remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads quickly
- Make follow-up calls and send text messages
- Qualify prospects and schedule consultations
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Update CRM records and follow-up tasks
- Support the sales team by maintaining a healthy appointment pipeline
Requirements
- At least 1 year of phone sales, customer service, appointment setting, or inside sales experience
- Comfortable making 30-50 calls per day
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics
Compensation
- $600/week base pay
- $10 per kept appointment
- $40 per completed sale
