- Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with data sources and stakeholders to understand and resolve data quality issues
- Conduct data audits and identify data quality issues, root causes, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Define and maintain data quality rules and perform regular data quality checks to ensure compliance
- Communicate data quality processes and guidelines to internal teams and provide training as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data quality management and implement them within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with databases
- Knowledge of data quality tools and methodologies
- Experience with data profiling, mapping, and standardization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
