Property Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Provinground Properties LLC
Are you the kind of person who notices the details that everyone else misses?
Provinground Properties LLC is looking for a dependable, bilingual Property Operations Assistant to help support a growing residential real estate company.
This is not a typical cleaning position.
Yes, cleaning is an important part of the job. However, you'll also assist with property inspections, preparing rental units, organizing supplies, coordinating vendors, running errands, researching products, documenting property conditions, and helping keep our business operating efficiently.

The Person We're Looking For
We're building systems—not just filling a position.
You should have an above-average standard of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
You don't simply complete tasks—you notice things.
You catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
You leave every property in better condition than you found it.
You're comfortable working independently and making good decisions.
You understand that details matter because our tenants and guests notice them.
Most importantly, you have integrity.
We value honesty over perfection. Mistakes happen. We expect people to communicate them immediately, take ownership, and help solve problems rather than make excuses.
If something goes wrong, we'd rather hear about it immediately than discover it weeks later.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted member of our team—not someone simply looking for their next job.
What We Offer
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Company cell phone
- Mileage reimbursement when applicable
- Opportunity for additional responsibilities as the company grows
- Variety—no two days are the same
