Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADLs and work with team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
- Follow infection control and center policies
- Measure and record the following; height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and BP as instructed
- Promptly report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor as soon as practical.
