Job Summary
We are an established industrial manufacturer (spray booths and turn-key finishing equipment,
B2B). We have built a working draft of our new website using an AI website builder (Manus /
React). We now need an experienced developer to take that AI-generated site and rebuild it into a clean, fast, production-ready website that we can host, maintain, and grow long-term.
This is NOT a “start from scratch” design project. The design direction, layout, and content
already exist in the AI draft. Your job is to recreate it properly, solid code, real hosting, real
forms, and strong SEO and to improve on the draft with smart UI/UX and conversion-focused design so it performs like a professional, sales-driving company site, not a prototype.
We will provide a live preview link to the current AI-generated site once we connect.
What We Need
- Recreate the existing AI-generated site as a clean, well-structured production codebase
- Make it fast, fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile), and cross-browser tested
- Apply your UI/UX expertise to refine layouts, page flow, and calls-to-action to maximize conversions and drive more sales/leads — we want your recommendations, not just a copy of the draft
- Set up proper hosting/deployment so the site is stable and easy to update later
- Get all contact/quote-request forms working reliably (email delivery + spam protection)
- Implement strong on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, structured data/schema, sitemap,
fast load speeds, Google Search Console setup)
- Optimize for AI search crawlers as well (clean robots.txt, structured content)
- Connect our custom domain and SSL
- Add analytics (Google Analytics / GA4)
- Hand off clean code in a GitHub repository with brief documentation so our in-house
team can make future edits

Ideal Candidate
- Strong portfolio of production React/Next.js business websites (please share live links)
- Proven UI/UX and conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) experience — you understand
how layout, visual hierarchy, and CTAs turn visitors into leads and sales
- Real-world SEO experience for B2B / lead-generation sites
- Comfortable working from an existing AI-generated draft as the starting point
- Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions in plain language
- Reliable, deadline-driven, available for occasional follow-up support after launch
