The janitorial supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all facility users. This position is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of custodial staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks including buffing floors, deep cleaning carpets, and maintaining restroom facilities.
- Oversee commercial cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in janitorial services or facilities maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care practices including buffing and polishing methods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Monday-Friday
7AM-3PM
$19.00 an Hour. (Paid Bi-Weekly)
