Leonard’s Express is looking for a proven Diesel Shop Manager — someone who knows how to run a shop, lead technicians, and keep a fleet in top condition. If you’ve managed a diesel shop or served as a foreman and you’re ready to take ownership of a high-performing facility, this is your opportunity.

Day-to-day shop operations for a busy Class A truck & trailer facility

Requirements:
We’re looking for a leader who has already proven themselves in a diesel shop environment:

Experience as a diesel shop manager or foreman (required)

Strong leadership presence — you set expectations and hold the team accountable

Ability to coach, train, and develop technicians

Advanced knowledge of Class A heavy diesel trucks and reefer trailers

Strong communication skills with drivers, techs, and operations

Scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity management experience

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel

Experience with TMT, TTP, or shop scheduling systems (preferred)

High school diploma or GED; technical schooling or ASE training is a plus

Valid driver’s license; CDL-A is a bonus
