Novant Health Pediatrics Symphony Park is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator III!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 1 Saturday shift each month 8:00am-12:30pm
The Patient Services Coordinator III is responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and collections. Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Cross-training required in multiple administrative support functions.

Job responsibilities include:

Greet and check in patients efficiently, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information

Process patient check-outs, including scheduling follow-up appointments and handling necessary documentation

Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries, directing calls appropriately, and providing excellent customer service

Manage and monitor work queues, ensuring timely follow-up on pending tasks and requests

Assist with referral processes, including coordinating with providers and ensuring proper documentation and authorization
