We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales effort and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, and hospitality sales.
*5 Years minimum Sales Experience in Hospitality Sales and 2 years Hilton experience required.
*Base Pay PLUS* earn up to 15% of base pay in additional incentive/bonus rewards for reaching goals paid monthly!
Revenue Generation - Hotel Sales
- Drive Results by achieving established sales objectives
- Maximize revenue opportunity of customers by creating effective strategies for revenue growth, including up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and support corporate objectives
- Assist with, and prepare/deliver, compelling presentations that convey value and an experience where the customer chooses us and makes us their preferred hotel, such that the customer would recommend us to others.
- Conduct site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings to support the customer and stay experience.
- Effectively collaborate with vendors and other departments/divisions of the company to capture and service events and lodging.
Relationship Management - Hotel Sales
- Thoroughly research and understand customer history and previous experiences, in order to create more personalized customer experiences.
- Value People by attending customer meetings, understanding their goals and responding to their questions, concerns, and challenges.
- Actively refer and guide customers through the contract experience leveraging your relationship to secure additional opportunities with existing customers.
- Deliver World-Class Service by cultivating and maintaining positive relationships in the community and/or with incoming businesses.
Sales Accountability - Hotel Sales
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline at all times that ensures achievement of established revenue targets.
- Ensure all known opportunities are in CRM and complete accurate and updated contracts and production.
- See the Big Picture by leading the sales effort.
- Maintain compliance with brand and emerging travel needs while supporting upcoming meetings and events.
- Create and present information and reports, as needed, to senior management related to performance, pipeline, forecasting, including sales funnel and progressive sales efforts, etc.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years Sales Experience in Hospitality sales and 2 years Hilton Sales.
- Proven experience in outside sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in hospitality sales with a focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development and account management.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing successful sales teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Delphi, or similar CRM software for effective sales tracking and reporting.
