Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures aligned with brand quality expectations.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels and professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; manage procurement and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with front desk and guest services teams to address guest requests promptly and resolve any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse staff and guests.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest relations and team communication.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices, including guest services, front desk operations, and resort standards.
