2. Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading IWAE’s sales team performance, pipeline management, customer relationship growth, and revenue achievement.
This role supervises sales representatives and account-support functions while driving sales strategy execution, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance.
The Sales Manager partners closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth and customer retention objectives.
3. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales team operations and performance management
- Coach and develop sales representatives
- Monitor sales pipeline, close rates, and conversion metrics
- Support revenue forecasting and goal attainment
- Review pricing and quote approval workflows
- Resolve escalated customer and account concerns
- Conduct team performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Support hiring, onboarding, and sales training initiatives
- Partner with marketing on campaign and lead conversion alignment
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting standards
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and channels
4. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years sales leadership or supervisory experience
- B2B, ecommerce, or product sales experience preferred

5. Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Office-based sales environment with prolonged computer use, customer calls and meetings, and periodic travel for trade shows, customer visits, or strategic planning sessions.
