Who You Are:
✔ Licensed SLPA in California
✔ Passionate about working with infants and toddlers in natural environments
✔ Comfortable collaborating with SLPs and coaching parents/caregivers
✔ Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow
Your Role:
- Provide engaging play-based therapy sessions under SLP supervision.
- Support children in developing speech, language, and communication skills.
- Educate and empower parents/caregivers with home strategies.
- Track progress and maintain accurate session documentation.
Requirements:
- Active California SLPA License
- 1+ year of pediatric experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
