Clean Slate Junk Removal is a locally owned startup serving homeowners, businesses, property managers, and real estate professionals. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
This position starts as a Junk Removal Specialist, but we're committed to developing our team from within. As the company grows, you'll have opportunities to advance into roles such as:
- Driver
- Crew Leader
- Operations Supervisor

What You'll Do
- Remove unwanted furniture, appliances, household items, yard debris, and construction materials.
- Safely lift, load, and unload items into company trucks.
- Help clean out garages, attics, crawlspaces, basements, storage units, estates, and commercial properties.
- Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal.
- Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every job.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position.
Applicants should be able to:
- Lift 80–100 pounds safely (team lifting when appropriate).
- Walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Work in dusty, dirty, or confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.
- Stay active throughout an entire workday.
