About Us: Ninki is a locally popular Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant been opened for 14 years and we have re-located to One Bellevue Place plaza with everything built brand new. We are looking to hire full-time or part-time hosts that can especially work on weekends & holiday season.
Requirements:
- ages 18 and up
- Host, to-go packing or serving experience REQUIRED (least 1yr)
- Must look presentable with friendly attitude and multi-task in busy environment
- must have reliable transportation and be on time!
- work mostly dinner shifts
Details HOST Seating:
- Greet & Seat customers (need manners!)
- Keep track of waitlist, answer phone calls
- Learn menu & use Toast POS
- Clean windows, menus, help with stocking to-go sauces
Details To-go Expo Packing:
- Learn menu & use Toast POS register to place orders and answer phone calls
- Pack to-go orders accurately, stock up utensils & sauces before clock out
- Communication with servers and kitchen staff is important
- Knowledge of Spanish language or in Japanese/Korean cuisine is great!
Typical hours lunch: 10am-2:30pm and dinner: 4pm-9:30pm
Raises are given to those who show up on time, follow schedule, perform well, give great customer service!
