Essential Requirements

Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and minimize downtime.

Experience in training new employees and troubleshooting production line issues.

Strong attendance record.

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
