This role is responsible for the oversight of company-owned tanks and related equipment loaned to customers. The position ensures proper deployment, compliance, inventory control, billing accuracy, and operational readiness of all tank assets. The role acts as a key coordination point between sales, operations, inventory management, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Approval & Documentation

Review and approve or reject customer project requests involving loaned tanks and equipment

Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to deployment

Create and manage tank loaned agreements within the accounting system

Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards

Oversee safe assembly of tank systems, ensuring proper installation of transfer equipment and strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards
Inventory & Equipment Oversight

Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor to maintain appropriate stock levels of tanks and accessories

Ensure all tanks are properly outfitted with required components prior to delivery

Monitor tank utilization to prevent shortages or overallocation
Regulatory Compliance

Manage registration and removal of tanks with applicable state environmental agencies

Maintain compliance documentation and ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements
Billing Responsibilities

Monitor monthly volumes and enforce contractual fees when volume thresholds are not met
Ensure accurate billing for deliveries, pick-ups, and related services
Qualifications

Previous experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or equipment coordination preferred

Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred

Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel
