Overview
Ryangolf Corporation is a family owned (since 1884) and operated Heavy Civil / Sitework Contractor that specializes in Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Paving, Golf Course and Land Development construction projects. Our core focus is on the construction of large residential site development projects and golf courses. We are seeking candidates for a full time position as Senior Civil Construction Estimator in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our ideal candidate would be energetic with a willingness to learn what we do and grow within the company. Successful candidates will need to have 5-10 years experience in civil estimating work with a bachelors degree in civil engineering but will consider construction engineering or construction management.
Duties for this position would include thorough understanding of plans/blueprints, reading specifications, either Trimble Business Center (TBC) or Agtek software to perform take-offs for clearing, earthwork/grading, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, potable water, irrigation distribution and paving that often pertain to large single/multi-family subdivisions, roadway projects, golf courses and civil projects. Successful candidates will need to be true self starters and possess the skills to manage their work days on a productive level based on what work is being completed. Candidate should be skilled in HCSS Heavybid or related estimating software, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, client correspondence and negotiations.

Starting Salary is $80,000-115,000/year and may be adjusted based on candidates experience, skill set, education and other factors. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Estimator to join our dynamic construction team. Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
