Crust Simply Italian in Peoria is looking for an experienced bartender who understands that great hospitality is just as important as great cocktails.
We're seeking a professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every shift.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- A hospitality-first mindset with a genuine passion for serving others
- Ability to build relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to bar guests and dining room guests
- Prepare beverages accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Demonstrate extensive food, wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge
- Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
