Relation Insurance is seeking an experienced Surety Account Manager to join its growing Tulsa, OK office.
This is an opportunity to manage an established book of commercial surety clients while serving as their trusted day-to-day advisor. You'll partner closely with producers, surety companies, and clients to deliver exceptional service, coordinate bond requests, support renewals, and help clients navigate the bonding requirements that keep their businesses moving forward.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned book of commercial surety clients.
- Build trusted relationships by advising clients on bonding requirements, bond programs, renewals, and account servicing needs.
- Prepare, process, and issue contract, commercial, license, permit, court, and miscellaneous surety bonds.
- Coordinate bond requests and submissions with surety carriers while ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Review bond forms, contract documents, indemnity agreements, and supporting financial information for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage bond renewals, continuation certificates, rider requests, cancellations, and other policy servicing activities.
- Work closely with producers and underwriters to negotiate terms and secure bonding solutions that meet client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding bond status, obligations, billing, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account activity within the agency management system.
- Monitor outstanding bond requests and proactively communicate with clients, producers, and carriers throughout the process.
- Stay current on surety market trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Surety Account Management or Surety Client Service experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial surety products, including contract and commercial bonds.
- Experience working directly with surety companies, underwriters, producers, and commercial clients.
- Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or ability to obtain if required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and bond requests simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Experience reviewing bond forms, financial information, and contract documentation.
- Industry designations such as CISR, CIC, AFSB, CPCU, or AINS are a plus.
- Experience supporting construction contractors, developers, or other commercial surety clients is highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
