POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Handle internet leads and digital inquiries
Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and social media
Create engaging short-form video and social media content
Promote dealership inventory across approved platforms
Build long-term customer relationships
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
Follow dealership sales processes and standards

Content may be used for advertising, marketing, recruiting, training, and promotional purposes.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Willingness to appear on camera for social media content
Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
